Business Support Administrator

JOB PURPOSE

A responsible person to provide full-time personalised clerical and administrative support in a well organised and timely manner for the senior management team.

Salary £20,000-£22,000 per annum

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion,
  • screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence,
  • acting as front of house,
  • Inducting visitors,
  • Setting up refreshments for the meeting room,
  • Making sure the meeting rooms are clean and clear,
  • reporting, document preparation and management,
  • general office duties,
  • monitoring and responding to emails,
  • minute taking,
  • arranging travel, transport, and accommodation,
  • dealing with senior management & senior stakeholders,
  • manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments,
  • speaking with customers/suppliers etc.,
  • ordering,
  • collating and filing expenses,
  • conduct research on behalf of the Senior Management Team,
  • any other ad hoc duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Proactive, efficient and a good organiser,
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment,
  • Confident self-starter,
  • Organised, and discreet whilst being proficient,
  • Able to drive and influence data quality,
  • MS office and English proficiency,
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
